• Return Period:
  Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

• Eligibility:
  Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Sale items and personalized products are not eligible for return.

• Return Shipping:
  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

• Return Process:

  1. Contact us at info@valys-clothing.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. After approval, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Send the item back following the instructions.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
