Return Policy
- Return Period: You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your items.
- Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Inspection: After receiving your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in cases where items are returned damaged or not in their original condition.
- Sale items: Items purchased on sale are non-refundable. However, you can exchange them for a different item or receive a store credit.
Exchanges
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Info@valys-clothing.com. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
- Size or Fit Issues: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or fit, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with any relevant photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
